With an international presence and offices in Cancún, Monterrey, and Miami, Grupo Regio has established itself as one of the leading international printing companies.

Grupo Regio underwent a web development process that included the creation of strategies for social media, performance, and multichannel communication, with the aim of promoting its most important services and its international expansion in the digital world. We worked with them on corporate web development and with their sister companies on social media as a direct contact for generating new leads, as well as content management and creation with the goal of generating sales prospects and brand presence.

This has resulted in:

In 2021, Kocare Beauty embarked on a new phase in its digital strategy, focusing its transformation on three fundamental pillars: platform integration, budget optimization, and adaptation to changes in the digital environment.

Integrated Strategy and Use of Platforms

The first step was to consolidate data and implement a tracking system that would allow information from different sources to be integrated: MetaAds, Google Ads, and Shopify. Thanks to this integration, the company was able to gain a holistic view of its customers’ behavior and adjust its campaigns in real time.

In particular, the Meta Ads platform stood out as the main channel for generating conversions. Although the iOS14 update in April 2021 impacted the accuracy of advertising data, the strategy was quickly adjusted to continue capturing the public’s interest. As a result, conversions were increased solely through Facebook, which represented a major boost to sales and generated a conversion value of over 1 million pesos.

The synergy generated between the use of the platforms helped us increase the conversion rate in digital channels across media, which allowed us to diversify risk and maximize reach.

One of the most notable aspects of the case was the optimization of CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). During 2021, the industry average CPA was maintained.

Careful budget management allowed resources to be allocated to the channels with the greatest potential, prioritizing Facebook Ads and adapting quickly to changing conditions in the digital market.
