Multichannel Strategy

Xavage, an adventure park in Cancun, approached Tachuela with the challenge of increasing in-park sales. Working closely with the Trade Marketing team at Xcaret, we developed a multichannel strategy that included the implementation of an interactive initiative outside the ticket booths to boost revenue.

Interactive On-Site Experience

We introduced a “photo opportunity” area outside the park, incorporating QR codes into various sales materials placed at the ticket booths. Visitors could scan these codes with their mobile devices to access a spinning wheel featuring real-time special promotions and exclusive offers. This initiative not only enhanced the overall visitor experience but also encouraged guests to spend more during their visit.

Promotional Sales Materials

In addition, we created a variety of promotional materials—including brochure holders with built-in screens, leaflets, and other marketing assets—that were strategically placed in high-traffic areas around the park. These materials helped capture visitors’ attention and promoted the park’s diverse activities and package deals.

Results

Thanks to this multichannel strategy and interactive on-site initiative, Xavage experienced a significant increase in park sales. Participants who engaged with the promotion spent more compared to non-participants, leading to higher overall revenue for the park.
